Maggie McGonagall

The Witch's cloak is woven on the Majacraft Dynamic heddle. Using different dent reeds.
The warp is 400 x 50 cm. The yarns in the warp are mostly thicker yarns such as, hand-spun art yarns, strips of chiffon silk fabric, spun raw silk and some yarn from British wool.
The weft yarns are made with soft, thin yarns including silk and merino. 
The fringes are finished with a variety of beads. The yarns are dyed with various shades of green.
